This is the book that God uses to tell people about Him. We know that everything in this book is true. This is God's story. There are many people in God's story, and you are one of them.
Dear God,
Thank You for creating us with unique gifts and talents. Help us to use this time to learn about Your story and our stories. Show us how to use our stories to bring You glory.

The Bible tells one amazing story. It starts with creation, shows God's love for his people, and points us to Jesus.
There are many interesting stories in this book.
What is your favorite Bible story?
If time allows, talk about how a story book usually has one author, but that the Bible has multiple authors. You could also discuss fiction vs non fiction; how the Bible is true.

Jesus taught his followers how to pray in the Sermon on the Mount. He also used parables to teach lessons to His followers.

There's also a story in the Bible about some men who helped another man through a roof to meet Jesus and be healed.
Before you were born, God made you. He created you on purpose. He knows everything about you. Maybe He created you to be a truthful leader, or a kind teacher, or a creative writer who tells people about Jesus. Whatever it is, it is different than anyone else. You are unique, so your story will also be unique.
God gave you a gift.
God gave you a story.
Now, go use both for His glory.
